About Me

A little background on my history making jewelry for those who are interested!

My Jewelry Making Journey

My love for creating handmade jewelry started in 2019 through wire wrapping. Working with wire very quickly became my favorite thing to do. It was always exciting to see what could be created from just a few plain wires and a weave pattern. I spent 2 years focusing solely on wire. After feeling a bit burnt out, I started researching new avenues of jewelry making I wanted to try next. I came across videos of the silver soldering process and knew that was my next path. I ordered a solder starter kit off Etsy and never looked back!

Since 2021 I have dedicated my time to expanding my capabilities with this medium. I am completely self-taught with the help of Youtube and Rio Grande's informational videos. Learning to work with silver was a whole new world that opened my mind to endless possibilities. There is always something new you can try. After progressing with silver over the years, it has taught me that my passion for jewelry making only continues growing. It brings me so much happiness to still feel endlessly inspired.

Making silver jewelry has brought me many opportunities as an artist. In 2023 I began selling my work at Circa Vintage in Old Colorado City. Having a display in a local store was a dream of mine for many years! Selling at Circa has given me confidence in my work and myself as a silversmith. Since everything I've made has only been available for purchase through Circa and direct messages on social media, I am very excited to open up a new platform everyone can access!

To everyone who has followed along my journey, bought a piece from me, or has just said kind words about my art, thank you! The support I have received from everyone truly means so much to me. I hope to never stop progressing and growing as an artist.
